OpenRate only shows reviews from guests who verified a visit and payment. That is why you can trust our ratings.
Venue rating
A venue’s rating is the average of ratings from verified guests, shown with the number of ratings. Every review is tied to a paid visit.
Verified visits only
A review can only be left after paying the bill through the app — no receipt, no review.
No manipulation
Because every review is tied to a real payment, the rating cannot be artificially boosted.
Video reviews
Guests record short videos — an extra signal that confirms the experience is genuine.
A clear rating
The rating is the average of guest ratings, with the number of ratings shown next to it.
